North Prime Prep started the way most good businesses do, out of frustration. Our founders are Amazon sellers who got tired of spending their weekends labeling products, repacking boxes, and driving inventory to fulfillment centers.

We looked for prep centers that could help, but kept running into the same problems: long-term contracts we weren't ready for, hidden fees that showed up on the invoice, and pricing that required three emails and a phone call to get.
